The District Court of Kobe ruled in favor of the board of directors of a condominium, upholding their right to impose their bylaws on the owner of a restaurant within the premises. It ruled that the restaurant owner may not interfere with the quiet and enjoyment of other tenants and ordered that changes be immediately undertaken to comply with the court's ruling.
